Artificial Grass Weed Barriers are the strongest woven Artificial Grass weed barriers on the market today. Not only is it excellent as a soil separator and stabilization fabric, it is an excellent choice as an underlayment beneath your synthetic grass. It is often used in one of two ways: either as a soil separator between your native soil and your sub base material or as a weed barrier placed immediately beneath your artificial grass. Using it as a soil separator is more common if you have a very “clay-like” soil – where you want to avoid “sub base contamination”. Sub base contamination occurs when your clay native soil migrates into your sub base – making the sub base more expansive.
Artificial Grass Weed Barrier is a woven, 2.7 oz landscaping fabric. It is strong enough to block weeds yet porous enough to ensure the passage of necessary water and liquid nutrients in your planter areas and around trees.
